Bouldering - Erotisches Karussell

A quiet winter afternoon on the Erotisches Karussell, the oddly-named crag tucked above the lake near Schwyz. February, low light, cold rock under the fingers. I went to pull on a few problems and see what stuck.

Erotisches Karussell, 550 m / Steep, rain-protected

The name is the crag’s, not mine to explain: local lore says it was christened after some scientific literature turned up at the entrance. I left the reading to others and stuck to the rock.

The site sits at roughly 550 m above the Urnersee near Morschach, canton Schwyz. It is steep and largely rain-protected, which is what makes it worth the trip on a grey February day.
