The ridge viewed from the top of Kežmarský štít.
  • Vidlový hrebeň (Grań Wideł) - A ridge of steep peaks in the Slovak High Tatras, connecting Lomnický štít and Kežmarský štít.
  • The ridge is considered the most beautiful of the Tatra ridges.
  • Very nice, exposed climbing on perfect granite. We did the ridge in 5 hours, without rushing, enjoying superb stable weather conditions.
  • The crux sections are short and bouldery.

Logistics

  • 60 m rope (folded in half and kiwi-coiled for simul-climbing)
  • 8 slings
  • 5 cams
Initial ridge section called Miedziany Mur.
