Gämsipfad – Crow, Gerstenegg 1620 m

5a / 8 SL / 2:30 h / 320 m ↗ / Granite

Climbing the Gämsipfad was more enjoyable than I expected. The rock was rough and varied, making the route consistently interesting. I’d definitely recommend it.

The standout moment comes on the 7th pitch, where a well-defined crack offers a great sequence. Along the way, there are plenty of solid slabs and a few short steps that keep things varied without feeling repetitive.

At the exit, we found a patch of ripe blueberries—a simple but perfect end to the climb.
