Artisan Bread
My simple homemade bread belongs in the category of basic recipes that are easy to make and definitely suitable for everyday use. No big frills and yet simply so delicious.
Ingredients
- 390 g semi-white flour/raised flour
- 9 g salt
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 290 g water
Preparation
- Knead
- Leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes
- Fold the dough several times (2-5 times, every 5-10 minutes)
- Preheat the oven to ~230 degrees top/bottom heat
- Cut the bread crosswise with a sharp knife or razor blade.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
