My simple homemade bread belongs in the category of basic recipes that are easy to make and definitely suitable for everyday use. No big frills and yet simply so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 390 g semi-white flour/raised flour
  • 9 g salt
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 290 g water

Preparation

  1. Knead
  2. Leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes
  3. Fold the dough several times (2-5 times, every 5-10 minutes)
  4. Preheat the oven to ~230 degrees top/bottom heat
  5. Cut the bread crosswise with a sharp knife or razor blade.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
