Rafał Sroka

Fünffingerstock

The SW ridge of the Fünffingerstock (2971m) is a wonderful and partly airy ridge climb, modestly protected and therefore rarely used despite its proximity to the pass road.

A wild, 13 hour alpine adventure included rock climbing, abseiling into a spooky Bergschrund and steep glacier travel on the way back.

Special thanks to Stefan for awesome pictures.

Rafał Sroka was born in Cracow, spent some years in Berlin, and resides now in a quiet village in the heart of the Alps.
